Focused on market research with related products, researched and compared 3 competitors to find out their current strengths and weaknesses. From there, find potential solutions that compete directly with competitors.

Quantitative Analysis
30+ people have responded to the about mentor search demand survey via the Google Form platform so that i can collect data about user persona.

Gathering Insights:
- When in trouble, they will ask experienced predecessors.
- Most of them want to find a mentor for themselves.
- When looking for a mentor, I usually look for 2 options Online and Offline.
- Willing to pay a fee when looking for a mentor.
- A mentor needs to be someone with a lot of experience.
- Want connection 1:1 or group.
Gathering Pain Points:
- English is not good.
- Don't know where to find a mentor when needed.
- Feelings of apprehension when looking for a mentor.
- Fee to high and not clearly.
- Can’t find mentor has many experiences.
- Mentor credentials are not clear and transparent.
